The ValEx System

ValEx is the 'next generation' in valuation management systems. It has been developed entirely in-house by our IT department, giving us complete control and flexibility over its use, and the scope for continuous innovation and improvement.

What is unique about ValEx is that it was built in a residential valuation environment, so it has been specifically tailored for ease of use by valuers and with a working knowledge of the needs of clients in the mortgage industry.

ValEx is the management tool that delivers consistency, quality control and compliance to the valuations undertaken by its panel valuer firms. The other unique feature is the suite of people management processes that surround the ValEx system.
