Everything in Valuation Exchange starts with a login. We use industry standard security to ensure that you and your data are kept secure. Once you've logged in, you have access to a wide range of different functions; from ordering jobs to administering your company details, to obtaining automatic quotes.

Being a web application, we support all browsers; though highly recommend the use of Mozilla Firefox.

A job is ordered

There are many ways a valuation can be delivered to us, from email to fax; to lodging online. Depicted below is the start of our ordering experience.

We think it's a fairly simple process. Choose the valuation service you want, ie, Residential Shortform, and fill in the valuation details: an address, an inspection contact, an estimated price and off you go.

Following your job

Another of the core views in Valex is the Work In Progress trays. Here you can follow all of the valuations you've ordered.

Each job has quite a lot of detail involved in it - different users can see different levels depending on their access. Below is an example of the overview page of an individual job.
