Services to valuation firms

In 2007 the ValEx system will be available for valuation firms to adopt as their own internal valuation management system. This brings enormous benefits for participating valuers, including:

• Appointment to the Valuation Exchange panel - volumes in every postcode; Australia wide
• Valuer mobility solution: the best available system in Australia - developed for both the new 'ultra mobile' PC and 'mini' tablet, this field data collection software is combined with laser measuring and mobile sketching software to provide significant efficiency and productivity gains for individual valuers
• Access to various "back office" support services through our proposed valuer bureau service (eg typing, phone answering, making appointments)
• Debtor management with single monthly cheque to the valuer firm
